Megan Gilmore is the co-founder, CEO, and President of NAJ Development, a consulting and facilities support services firm. A dedicated leader and community advocate, Megan is a Service-Disabled Veteran who served as a Structural Maintenance Specialist in the U.S. Air Force. She holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University and a Construction Management Certification from Louisiana State University.

Throughout her career, Megan has worked with one of New Orleans’ top real estate development companies, gaining invaluable experience. She continues to be mentored by industry veterans with decades of expertise. Megan’s commitment to sustainable development and innovative design drives her work, shaping the future of urban spaces with a focus on both form and function.

Jarrod Gilmore is the co-founder and Vice President of NAJ Development LLC. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in English from Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA. After graduation, he accepted a position with a fortune 500 company in Houston, TX., where he worked until his decision to relocate back to his home, Jackson, MS. In 2003, he signed on with Nissan North America where he worked for 18 1/2 years, holding various positions with increased responsibility. Having a background in program management gives him the understanding of logistics that are needed to complete projects in a timely and successful manner.
